All items will be shipped to the address provided. Please update your addresses when you check out, and please make sure to provide us with correct, precise and detailed shipping address. All items will be shipped in 3-5 business days (excluding Sat, Sun & Holiday) after payment received and cleared. Pre-orders will be shipped on the listed date.

If you don't receive items over 5  business days, please contact us at info@imizirum.com so that we may resolve your issue. All sales are final. Returns are not possible.

In the event of any damage or defects deemed to be our responsibility, we will effect an exchange. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@imizirum.com to report any product defects or damage.
